Sticky Girl Honey 16 oz jar * shipping included*
In addition to Heidi being passionate about yarn, wool, and all things fiber, she's an enthusiastic beekeeper! Get your hands on some of the raw, unprocessed honey from her apiary in Wardsboro, VT.
If you've been following along on Instagram and Facebook you've seen the Dirty Girl's adventures in beekeeping. Heidi and her partner, Keith started their beekeeping journey in 2024 when Keith surprised Heidi with a starter beehive kit for Christmas in 2023. (She'd been dropping hints about keeping bees for a while, that guy is a good listener!) They started with two colonies and in 2025 expanded to twelve colonies. They had their first real honey harvest in the spring of 2025 and by their fall harvest had enough honey to start selling some. Act fast! When it's gone, it's gone! You'll have to wait until harvesting is complete later in summer and fall to get more!
16 ounce glass jar, price includes shipping in the continental US.
NOTE: Honey is a natural product and crystallization is normal and should be expected. To return honey to it's liquid state, heat slowly over low heat in a pan of water. Heating the honey over 104 degrees will begin to kill the naturally occurring, beneficial enzymes contained in honey.
WARNING: Honey should not be fed to children under 1 year old.
Larger quantities and wholesale accounts may be available, reach out directly to Heidi to find out more!
